Immanuel have grown up in and around Civil/business under the watchful eyes of Uncle. He worked for the civil company in his school and university holidays, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.
After completing a Bachelor of Business administration (international business and project management) at the University of Science and technology (polytechnic of Namibia) he joined the business in 2010 and is now the Director /Projects Manager (Founder).

Steven Jie Ruan
Jie Ruan has been the cornerstone of the company since its establishment in 2013. His is vastly experienced in both the practical aspects of civil construction and in the management and strategic decision making of the organisation. Jie has managed big project like the construction of HILTON hotel of the total value: 182,056,769.00 Namibian dollars, New LOTUS building value: 800,000,000.00 Namibian dollars, considerable Ruan’s civil experience Palladium has a flying quality structural work management , Jie obtained bachelor degree in civil structure engineering via Hunan University.

Ms Theopoline Tuyeni
Ms Tuyeni completed her tertiary school bachelor of English communication in Polytechnic of Namibia.
She attended the advanced certificate also in bookkeeping/management accounting, Ms Tuyeni’s knowledge and qualification has no doubtful production of her being a corporate secretary.
